Leadership Management Programme (Accredited)
A person acquiring this qualification will be able to manage first line managers in an organisational entity. First line managers may include team leaders, supervisors, junior managers, section heads and foremen. The focus of this qualification is to enable learners to develop competence in a range of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values.
HR for Non-HR Managers
Managing an employee is not the sole role of Human Resource Management team. Relations should be established and enhanced by the line managers as they meet on daily basis. This training will give tools to line managers, HR Managers and any person leading people in an organisation.


Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices
The development of skills within and for the workplace is a priority within South Africa, as supported by legislation, national policies and strategies. Much of the needed skills development is carried out by people who have knowledge and skills within their area of expertise, but lack the required skills in relation to ETD.
Skills Development Facilitator
The method and scope of the analysis is planned thoroughly and ensures effective and efficient analysis. Information is gathered from relevant sources in accordance with the plan. The range of sources utilised is sufficient to confirm the accuracy and validity of the information.


Labour Law Made Easy
Demonstrate an understanding of the purpose and application of the Basic Conditions of Employment. The major purpose and application of the BCEA is outlined with examples. The major features of the BCEA, including prohibition of employment and the functions of the Employment Commission, are listed and explained with examples.
Labour Relations Practice (Accreditation in progress)
With the advent of democratic government in South Africa in 1994 an entirely new approach to Labour Relations Practice in South Africa has emerged. There has been the establishment of new statutory structures with implications for every level of labour relations in the country. It is estimated that between ten and fifteen thousand persons will require some or all of the competencies contained in this Qualification.
